Attendance

1. Attendance is mandatory and if the student is on leave, the parent is requested to fill the leave form provided in the almanac.
2. Long periods of absence may affect the student’s academic performance. We suggest the parents ensure regular attendance of the students.
3. The attendance of the student is mandatory for all school events and activities.
4. Students are expected to reach the school campus between 8:30 A.M to 8:50 A.M on all working days.
5. Students coming late must report to the office to obtain a ‘Late Slip’ and then attend their respective classes.
6. Students arriving later than 9:00 A.M must bring a note from home or should be accompanied by a parent.
7. Students aren’t allowed to leave the campus without a written permission from the Principal or their Class Teacher.
8. Children are not allowed to leave school after a periodical test. Students are expected to continue to attend classes that day.
9. Every child is required to have an attendance of not less than 90% of the working days in a school year, failing which the chances of promotion for the next class may be doubtful.
10. Students taking medical leave must submit a medical certificate along with a leave letter.
11. Parents who wish to take their children home during school hours must come in person and get permission from the office by submitting a written request.
