Application Process

Thank you for considering Kingston International Academy - Vellore. We understand that choosing the right Academy is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, and we truly value and appreciate the confidence and trust that families have in Kingston International Academy.

Step 1 - Online Application

The fee is:

  1. Refundable if the Academy does not offer a seat to the student. Unless the child’s registration is carried forward to the following academic year.
  2. Non-refundable if the Academy offers a seat to the student but the student refuses not to take it.
  3. Non-deductible from the total tuition fees to be paid if the student is offered and accepts a place

Age Criteria for Admission: Eligibility of Age (for Kindergarten) as of 1st June of Year of Seeking Admission.

Procedure for LKG, involves a personal meeting with the child and parents to verify the certificates and to brief the rules and regulations of the school. Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form by parents or guardian who will be responsible to the head of the school for the pupil’s conduct, punctuality, regular attendance, progress in school, and payment of fees.

Step 2 - Complete your documentation

Documents to be submitted at the initial registration stage:

  1. Two Passport size photos of the student
  2. A Photocopy of the first page of the Passport (applicable for foreign students & NRI)
  3. Name and Address of parents or the confirmed local guardian
  4. Birth Certificate
  5. Transfer Certificate (if any)
  6. Progress Card / Grade Sheet of previously attended school
Step 3 - Admission Review & Verdict

The application is sent to thePrincipal for review, with a 24-hour turnaround time.

The Admissions Team will contact you with an update on your child’s admissions verdict. Possible admissions outcomes include the following:

  1. Full acceptance (based on academic reports and completed assessment)
  2. Provisional acceptance (based on reports alone – assessment to follow)

Admissions Open for CBSE and
Matriculation schools.
